Personalized options are discussed at your initial fitness assessment. Your first class is paid for by Delta Valley Athletic Club so you can experience it for yourself!

I met with Kathy Schwartz when I join the gym … it was a great “fit” for me from day one! I would have missed out on a lot of quality living had I not taken the opportunity to a better way for me to live my life!

I began my journey in wellness approximately four years ago when I met Mr. Ray Silva. I expressed my interest to Ray about changing my lifestyle by adding some kind of exercise routine. This opened the door for Ray to utilize his knowledge/experience as a Martial Arts Teacher and Instructor to help guide me. I learned proper stretching and exercise techniques with Ray’s guidance. In a few months I found amazing results in weight loss, and improvement to my strength and energy. It was my main goal!

Goal: Build and Tone Muscle

I arrived at Delta Valley in March with the goal of Michelle Obama arms for my wedding in August. I wanted to slim down a few problem areas but in general build muscle and tone. Prior to March I had never stepped foot in a gym and although I did sports in high school I had no idea what weight training was or how to get started. Noelle taught me the different muscle areas and how to work each one. She developed training programs specifically for me so that I could work-out on my own on days we did not meet. Without her I never would have been able to change my eating habits and become so dedicated to weight training. From March until my wedding day August 7, I lost 11 inches. I went from 16.8% body fat to 10%. I am incredibly happy with my results and look forward to maintaining my new healthy eating and workout habits.
